FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The NEC Nijmegen webshop is provided by NEC Nijmegen itself. Do you have a question about your order? There is a good chance that the answer can be found on this page. Do you have another question? Then click here to go to the contact page. We are happy to help you.


1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered to my home?
Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
Did you order multiple items? (For example with and without printing) then everything will be shipped when the items with printing are ready.

Please note that during busier times (new launches) our delivery time may be extended.

When your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This way you know exactly when the package will be delivered to your home or is ready to be picked up from the collection point. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to pick up your webshop order in the Fanshop in the Goffert Stadium.


2. How can I track my order?
When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This will tell you when your package will be delivered to your home or when it is ready at the collection point.


3. Can I also collect my order myself?
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to collect your order from NEC. You can choose to collect your package from a DHL Servicepoint.


4. Is it possible that my track & trace code does not work?
Did you receive a track & trace but the link does not work? This may be because the track & trace code only works when DHL has actually scanned the package. We advise you to try again later or the next day. If your track & trace link does not display any information, the package has unfortunately been sorted incorrectly by DHL. It may then take a few working days before the package is sorted correctly. If you have not received a message after a few days, please contact the store.


5. Can I still change the delivery address or point?
When your order is on its way, you will receive an email from DHL. In this email you can view and possibly change the delivery details.

6. When do you pay shipping costs?
For orders over €100,- you pay no shipping and handling costs. For orders under €99.99 you pay €4.95 shipping and handling costs.

7. What payment options are available?
The payment of your order goes through NEC Nijmegen. You pay safely and easily via Adyen. You can pay with iDEAL or Mastercard. If you choose iDEAL, you can pay via all banks affiliated with iDEAL.

8. I have not received an order confirmation. What now?
There is a chance that your order confirmation has been delivered to your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

9. Can I exchange or return my order?
It is not possible to exchange or return items that are printed. If you want to exchange or return an unprinted item, you can do so within 14 days. You can always come to the Fanshop to exchange. If you want the money back, you can do so in cash or by debit card.

10. Warranty
Every NEC Nijmegen article meets the highest quality requirements. If, against all expectations, the article shows defects during normal use, we will repair them free of charge. After our assessment, this may involve replacement or repair. The guarantee covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Naturally, normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.

Warranty outside the Netherlands
Products that are eligible for warranty but are in use abroad can be returned in consultation. However, both the costs for sending to the NEC Nijmegen webshop and the return shipping to the customer are for the account of the owner of the article.

11. How do I get a 10% discount?

In the checkout screen you can fill in your email address under "Contact". Then you can fill in the rest of your details. If you are a member of the Kids/Squad club or season ticket holder, and this email address is known to us, you will automatically receive a 10% member discount.

12. How can I return my order?

You can send your product to us in a package yourself and use a DHL label: retourportal . The return shipping costs are for yourself.

Please note! Personalised items cannot be returned.

13. When will I receive my money back after a return?

We will do our best to process your return within 14 days and refund the purchase amount to the payment details known to us.

14. I received a damaged item, what now?

This is of course never the intention. If this does happen, we ask you to first contact us by e-mail with an explanation and photos fanshop@nec-nijmegen.nl.

15. Can I place an order at an address with a PO Box or reply number?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to place an order at an address with a PO Box or reply number.

16. I ordered an item online and want to exchange this item. Is this also possible in the Fanshop?

Yes, online orders can be returned/exchanged in the Fanshop. Please note! You must bring your packing slip. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case.

17. The item/size I am looking for is sold out, will it be back in stock?

If an item or your size is currently unavailable, it can be replenished with the next delivery. Therefore, check the website regularly to check this. Please note! When the official teamwear is sold out, it will not be restocked unless otherwise stated.

 

18. Will my shirt be printed with the official print?

All our printing is the official printing. This printing is identical to the printing that our players have on their shirts during their matches.

19. Can I purchase printing at a later time?

Yes, you can always have your competition shirt printed at our store. Even if you have owned the shirt for a long time. Please note! This is only possible physically in our store.

20. Can I purchase a gift voucher for the Fanshop?

You can only purchase a gift card physically in the store. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to purchase or redeem it online.

21. Do I get a discount with my Season Ticket, Club Card or Junior Club Card?

Yes, you get a discount on non-discounted items. The discount is automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your My NEC account. See question 11. The discounts are as follows:
Season ticket: 10%
Squad club: 10%
Kids club: 10%

Clubcard: Not applicable.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.

22. What are the opening hours of the NEC Fanshop?

On match days the Fanshop is open 2 hours before the start of the match. During the match the shop is closed, after the final whistle it is open for another 30 minutes.

23. How can I pay with my Vriendenloterij gift card?

Did you receive a Vriendenloterij gift card? Congratulations! With the gift card you can make a purchase in the Fanshop! Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the Vriendenloterij gift card online.

24. Where is the Fanshop located?

The Fanshop is located at the main entrance of the Goffert stadium.
